Posted on July 13, 2016 by Destination Hilo No Comments

LymanFoodbasketOn Friday, July 15, non-members who bring two cans of food per person can visit the Lyman Museum at no charge!

On this day, the Lyman Museum will be collecting non perishable food donations (cans of meat, fish, vegetables, fruit, soup—basically, anything nutritious in a can) which they will contribute to the Hawai‘i Foodbank for distribution to other members of our community.

People who bring two cans per person that day will be admitted free to the Museum, which includes a guided tour of the Lyman Mission House at scheduled times.

Do something nice for yourself, and for others!

The Museum will be open on July 15 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

For more information call (808)935-5021.
